Which treatment should I book first?
If you're unsure, book the Hydroglow Facial. It suits every skin type and gives me a chance to assess your skin. I'll recommend next steps from there.
How do I pay?
I currently accept cash only. Some treatments need a deposit when you book online.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes or no-shows forfeit the deposit, and Square charges the fee to your card on file.
What if I'm running late?
There's a 15-minute grace period. After that, I'll need to cancel the appointment and a $45 no-show fee applies.
Where is the Oakridge studio?
It's a private studio near 43rd & Oak. I'll send the exact address in your booking confirmation.
Is there parking?
At Kitsilano, there's underground parking at 2078 W Broadway. At Oakridge, there's free street parking nearby.
Do I need to sign anything?
Microneedling, the Goat Milk Peel and the Korean Glass Peel need a short health questionnaire and waiver before your appointment. I'll send it to you.
Can I come during pregnancy?
Many hydrating facials are fine, but peels and needling aren't. Please message me first so I can suggest a safe option.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, through Square.
How do I buy products?
Reserve them online and pay with cash at pickup.
